Directive S2025-08 sets out the conditions for the sale of IOCB property. The existing online form in Albína for the disposal of property by sale has therefore been expanded to include new fields for entering information about the buyer and the sale price.

Procedure for the sale of assets:

  1. the applicant fills in the request for the disposal of assets by sale
  2. once the request is approved, the applicant receives an information e-mail to contact the legal department to draw up a purchase contract
  3. at the same time, a contract cover letter is automatically created for the applicant in Albína, to which the applicant attaches the purchase contract obtained in cooperation with the legal department and sends the request for approval
  4. in the case of IT equipment, ITS department confirms that sanitization has been performed through the approval process for the contract cover letter
  5. the cover letter with the attached contract is also automatically sent to the accounting department and the assets registering department.
  6. once the cover letter is approved, an automatic e-mail is sent to the applicant, who then contacts the legal department to complete the sale process.
