ou can now name the property that is registered in Albina and attach various documents (e.g. instructions, invoice, etc.).

Documents attached to assets

In addition to the possibility to attach your own documents, you can also view the documents that are attached to the asset in the economic system - in the asset register.

own attachments - here the owner of the asset can insert his/her own documents (editable). These documents will also be displayed to the asset registry staff in the economic system. When the property is transferred to another employee, the attachments will also be transferred.

Renaming property

You can only rename property that you are the owner of. The official naming will remain displayed in brackets. The actual name is only visible to the user in their Albina, it does not change the official name that is listed in the economic system.
