E-form: "Order of poster printing on Plotter HP Latex 315"
It is now possible to order poster printing via the Albína system on the HP Latex 315 plotter within the ITS department. After submission for approval, the request is first reviewed and, if necessary, adjusted by the IT staff member responsible for reprographics; it is then forwarded to the department head for final approval.

Viewing and Changing the Grant PIN for Issuing Inventory
The issuance of goods from inventory is secured by a PIN, which the grant recipient can now view at any time in Albína and change if necessary.
The PIN is located in the Organization -> Team Settings section
Invoice Approval in Albína - Link to the Order
When approving an invoice in Albína, you can now view the original order in the request details.
Note: The order can only be viewed by the invoice approver who is part of the order approval process.
