Changes compared to the original version
- All requests for orders, inventory transfer (and in the future also other requests) can now be found in Requests.
- Orders are part of the requests overview. More detailed information about orders can be found in the menu Reports - Supply/Grant orders and Employee orders
- The list of accesses to the building (originally Attendance) can be found in the Reports
- The call list can now be accessed in the Report tab, where you have to select Phones -> Phone calls
- Asset transfer and its disposal can now be found again in Requests.
- The search for the asset number can be done in the Reports (Search for property by inventory number - there is new information here if it is a disposed asset)
If you can't find any information, try the Reports. In it, you can find information related to the employee, the grant, or in general. The reports also provides many options for sorting, filtering and customizing. In addition, all tables can be exported to Excel. If any output in the Reports is missing, contact [email protected].
